I am a therapist and on my blog, I share relatable tips, tricks, and content relating to mental health, therapy, anxiety, Highly Sensitive People (HSPs), perfectionism, and premarital counseling.

Be kind to yourself, set reasonable goals, and stop comparing yourself to others.
