I have a BFA and worked as a graphic designer for an ad agency in Boston. I started freelancing when my kids were born. I found that I wanted to pursue more creative outlets so I began my blog as a way to explore interior design, fashion trends, DIY projects and promote my Etsy shop.
What people don’t realize about running a creative business is…
It takes a lot of planning and strategic marketing.

What’s been your favorite post you’ve worked on?
Redesigning our daughter’s closet space. It meant so much because she was my “partner” and helped make all the design decisions and give her input. It turned out to be an awesome space for her but it also gave me the chance to “work” with my favorite girl!
