Eat – Cheese Straws

For this recipe I used New York Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Cabot brand), but in the past I’ve used white cheddar, which is also good.  This recipe gives you a mild amount of spice, so feel free to jazz it up more if you like a higher spice level.  Also, I chose to roll out my dough and slice it (fun story:  when it came time to roll out the dough was when I realized I don’t own a rolling pin…
