There’s a restaurant in Savannah that makes this bowl of amazingness called the Goat Bomb. It’s a tomato Thai soup with a big hunk of chevre in the middle and it’s so good. So yesterday when I was mostly recovered from my cold, but Josh was still feeling miserable, I thought it would be the perfect time to try to re-create the recipe. I based my soup of this recipe, but made a few adjustments. The spiciness of the soup along with the garlic (which I may have doubled when I made it for its cold-fighting properties) and ginger seemed like just the thing for a cold.
