I’ve been pinning fig recipe after fig recipe over the past week or two, and when I stumbled across one from Not Without Salt that’s very similar to this creation, I knew I had to go down the fig rabbit hole. I used to associate figs exclusively with those relatively tasteless Fig Newtons, but after trying fresh ones last summer, I was entirely hooked.
