Last weekend, co-founders Cathy and Jessica headed to Washington D.C. for the 2nd TBS The Workshop. After the first event in Atlanta, we received an overwhelming amount of comments to take this event to D.C. So that we did. Anticipating a cold weekend in February, it ended up being 70 degrees and simply gorgeous out.
The event was held at Brasserie Beck, a personal favorite of Cathy’s in the area, for a delicious brunch, learning and networking. Attendees learned about how to negotiate, price themselves, create the perfect media kit and more. Leaving with full bellies, tangible examples of contracts, documents and more, and a swag bag, it was a fun and successful day with our D.C. bloggers. Now the question is, which city do we head to next?
