What’s been the hardest business lesson you’ve learned from blogging at Fit Life Creation?
I wouldn’t say the hardest – most important – consistency & value.
What does a typical work day for you look like?
It varies each day. Each day no matter what – morning routine to focus on worship music, prayer, goals, journaling, and personal development call. Morning or mid day workouts 5-6 times a week.
Mondays – focus on brands, influencers, proposals, media & blog
Tuesdays – videos, social, community, groups, mastermind
Wednesdays – book
Thursdays – similar to Mondays and/or events
Friday – Flex
Saturday – similar to Thursdays and/or events and/or flex
Work in co-working space, 2 story lounge and/or traveling around the world.
What’s one piece of advice you would give to someone just starting out in the blog world?
Simply start. Set up what you love and want to share. Outline a theme and start creating and posting. Action = more clarity.
What do you think the blogging industry will look like in 5 years?
Increased alignment to community, features, courses and events e.g. building a brand.
What’s been your favorite project, or post you’ve worked on?
Oh wow! so many! Everything from setting up the blog and platform to community and features to courses and events and retreats and fundraisers! A recent one is an upcoming trip and project with Mexico and Airbnb.
How do you stay inspired?
Constantly feed myself. Morning routine, Faith, consistent action, vision for my life, vision board, daily gratitude, daily vision writing, speaking and listening, 12 themes centered around creating a life and business I love. Listening to others!
Do you consider yourself a blogger or influencer?
I consider myself an entrepreneur and creator – as it is more encompassing and covers blogger and influencer. I and we also do more than writing and influencing. Serving people with simplifying health, wealth and business in multiple ways.
Which social media platform do you wish you knew more about or spent more time on?
Love to learn about all of them continuously.
